Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@bareloom.in with your order number and reason for exchange.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  • Items with stains, perfume, or signs of wear will not be accepted.
  • Once the product is received, it will go through inspection.
  • If eligible, an exchange will be provided.
  • If the requested size or product is unavailable, a store credit equal to the product value will be issued.
  • Store credit is valid for 45 days from the date of issue.
  • Only one exchange per order is allowed.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement by contacting support@bareloom.in
  • Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • Approved cancellations will be issued as store credit valid for 45 days.

Additional Information

  • No monetary refunds are provided.
  • Exchange pickups depend on serviceable pin codes; if unavailable, you may be asked to self-ship the product.
  • Original shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
  • Bareloom reserves the right to decline or limit exchanges that do not meet policy conditions.
